James Bama is one of America's most cherisher artists. His style, known as "American Realism" tells the tale of his journey through the west and midwest in a realistic yet respectful and affectionate manner. This print, "Young Plains Indian," is of a strong Plains Indian he observed at a powwow in the late 1970's. He was given permission to photograph the young man and painted the portrait from the photo. The print itself measures 22 x 22 and was professionally mounted on a museum frame that measures 32 x by 32" square. This is an incredible opportunity to own a limited edition hand-signed print that is long out of circulation by one of America's most beloved artists. The print is # 1073 of 1500. NOTE: This is a consignment item and as such does not qualify for any special or discounted pricing.
