Abby Quam made this gorgeous bear fetish from Apple Coral that had been stabilized for such carving. Unstabilized coral can not generally be used for fetishes because of it's brittle and maleable nature. It is important to note that stabilizing does NOT imply that the stone itself is not genuine, simply that it has had a chemical additive that allows for a more stable stone to work with. The artist initials are lightly carved on the bottom. Dimensions: Approximately 1 1/4" long x 1/2" high.
