Another of the one-of-a-kind vintage pieces in the Jerome Fritz collection, this incredible authentic Navajo sterling silver and Royston Turquoise bow guard dates back to the late 1950's. By the time it made its way to us, the bow guard had lost its cuff and was no longer wearable. We had Seminole and Blackfoot artist Justin Hawkins create a new one using genuine leather and elk skin so that it could still be used as it was originally intended. This gorgeous sandcast bow guard features a beautiful genuine Royston turquiose stone in the center giving it a completely unique look. This will certainly be cherised for generations to come just as it has been by the Fritz family. Measurements: Guard: 3 5/8" tall by 2" wide; Royston Stone: 1" square; Cuff: 6 5/8" long and 6 3/4" measured inside. It is adjustable.
