1 1/2 Cups Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts
24 Ounces Chicken Stock
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Large Finely Chopped Onion
12 Ounces Scalded Milk
Hot Pepper Sauce to Taste
Salt to Taste
Croutons
Method
+Puree peanuts and 1/3 of chicken stock together
+In saucepan combine puree, remaining chicken stock, onion, pepper sauce, and salt and heat on low for 15 minutes stirring occasionally
+Add soy sauce and slowly add milk
+Heat for another 5 minutes
+Serve hot with croutons
