2 Cups Milk
4 Egg Yolks
1 Can Coco López Coconut Cream
1 Cup Frozen Cocnut
1 Pound, Pound Cake
2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
2 Tablespoons Sugar
4 Tablespoons Brandy Diluted with Water
Ground Cinnamon
Method
+Mix together the milk, sugar and egg yolks in a saucepan and heat to thicken
+Add Coco López and corn starch and simmer and stir until thick and smooth
+Allow to cool
+Slice pound cake lengthwise in 1/2 inch slices
+Cover bottom of loaf pan with some cream
+Place cake slice in pan and pour brandy, then some cream and sprinkle with coconut
+Repeat layers
+ Sprinkle Cinnamon over the top and refrigerate overnight
