4 Cups Long Grain Rice
8 Cups Water
1 Chopped Onion
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt to Taste
Method
+Heat oil in large saucepan
+ Add onion and sauté until clear
+Add rice and sauté until rice is shiny
+Add water, cover pot and simmer on low until water is absorbed and rice is tender
+Serve Hot
