2 Cups Coarse Ground Cornflour
1 Egg Yolk
3 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Salt
Fillings of Your Choice
Method
+Mix water and egg yolk in large bowl
+Gradually add flour, mixing well
+Knead dough until compacted, about 5 minutes
+Cover with damp cloth and set aside for 5 minutes
+Fill large frying pan with oil and heat or heat deep fryer to 338º F
+Mold an egg sized ball of dough into a 1/2" thick flat disk
+Deep fry turning often until golden brown
+Drain on paper towel and allow to cool to the touch
+Split open and fill with anything you'd like
