Ingredients

1 Pint Ice Cream Flavor of Choice
1/2 Cup Crushed Cornflakes or Cookie Crumbs
1 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
2 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Egg
Oil for Deep Frying
Honey
Whipped Cream

Method

+ Scoop 5 balls of ice cream and return to freezer
+ Mix cornflake crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon
+ Roll ice cream balls in half of crumb mixture and return to freezer
+ Beat egg and dip coated balls into it then roll again in remaining crumbs, repeat if thicker coating is desired
+ Store in freezer until ready for serving
+ In deep fryer heat oil to 350º
+ Submerge one ball at a time into oil for 1 minute
+ Serve immediately with a drizzle of honey and a dollop of whipped cream
