Ingredients

1/2 Cup Sugar
1 14 Ounce Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Milk
3 Large Eggs &
3 Large Egg Yolks
1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method

+ In saucepan melt sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is a dark and caramel colored liquid
+ Remove from heat and pour into a 4 cup metal ring mold or 8 individual molds
+ Quickly turn mold (s) to coat with caramelized sugar
+ Let cool and harden
+ Preheat oven to 325º
+ In blender combine remaining ingredients and mix well
+ Pour mixture into mold (s) and place mold (s) in larger pan filled to 1/2 inch with water
+ Bake for 1 hour
+ Remove mold from the water and refrigerate until completely chilled
+ Place plate or platter over them and flip over, then remove mold
+ Serve Chilled
