2 Pounds Raw Jerky Meat
2 Teaspoons Ground Oregano
2 Teaspoons Salt
3/4 Cup Vinegar
2 Large Finely Chopped Onions
2 Mashed Cloves Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Course Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
Method
+ Mix all ingredients together and soak meat in marinade for 24 hours
+ Remove meat from marinade and dry in oven or smoker for 7-8 hours at 150º-200º
+ When meat is brown, dry, and hard, it's done
