Jerome Fritz worked and lived on and around the Navajo reservation in Shiprock, New Mexico for the better part of his life. Employed by the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority as a branch manager during the mid 20th century, he was welcomed into the Navajo community and collected beautiful handcrafted jewelry which he would trade and barter with in exchange for other jewelry pieces. Over the years he would, little by little, gift these gorgeous Navajo bracelets, necklaces and other pieces to his wife, daughters and friends. He had a special appreciation for rustic bracelets, bold bolo ties and necklaces. After his passing, one of his daughters collected most of the pieces together and kept them safe for a number of years. Now these gorgeous pieces appear here in this gallery on consignment. These completely handcrafted, Native American made necklaces, bolos, and cuff bracelets are made from beautiful sterling silver and genuine turquoise from the United States. We can polish these pieces on request. NOTE: Because these are consignment pieces, they do not qualify for any special or discounted pricing or coupon codes.
